Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Intelligent Home Systems, we pride ourselves on delivering premium automation products and installations. To ensure fairness and quality assurance, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Defective Parts Only

    • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for parts that are proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.

    • Cosmetic damage, wear-and-tear, or damage caused by misuse, power surges, or environmental factors are not covered.

  2. Installation Requirement

    • Refunds or replacements are valid only if the defective part was supplied and installed by Intelligent Home Systems.

    • Parts purchased from us but installed by a third party are not eligible.

  3. Verification Process

    • All defective parts must be inspected and verified by our technical team.

    • If the defect is confirmed, we will either replace the part at no cost or issue a refund, at our discretion.

  4. Timeframe

    • Claims must be made within 12 months of installation, unless otherwise specified under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  5. Non-Refundable Services

    • Installation, configuration, consultation, and maintenance services are non-refundable.
