Defective Parts Only

Refunds or replacements are only applicable for parts that are proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Cosmetic damage, wear-and-tear, or damage caused by misuse, power surges, or environmental factors are not covered.

Installation Requirement

Refunds or replacements are valid only if the defective part was supplied and installed by Intelligent Home Systems.

Parts purchased from us but installed by a third party are not eligible.

Verification Process

All defective parts must be inspected and verified by our technical team.

If the defect is confirmed, we will either replace the part at no cost or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Timeframe

Claims must be made within 12 months of installation, unless otherwise specified under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Refundable Services

Installation, configuration, consultation, and maintenance services are non-refundable.
